YiWaiWai Software End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between you (an individual or a single legal entity) and … YiWaiWai Customer Support Chat Assistant(the “Software” or “YiWaiWai”) is a legal agreement between you and the copyright owner, the YiWaiWai Team.

Before using the Software Product, please read this Agreement carefully. Any software, electronic documentation, or related materials are provided under the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement also applies to future releases, updates, and upgrades. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

I. Software Protection Terms

1. License Grant:
This Agreement grants you the following rights: you may install and use the Software Product on an unlimited number of devices.

2. Copying, Distribution, and Sharing:
You may copy and distribute an unlimited number of copies of the Software Product, provided that each copy is complete and unmodified, including the software, electronic documentation, copyright and trademark notices, and this Agreement.

3. No Reverse Engineering:
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software Product, nor may you modify any resources embedded within the program files.

4. Component Separation:
The Software Product is licensed as a single product. Its components may not be separated for use for any purpose.

5. Termination:
If you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement, the copyright owner may terminate this Agreement without prejudice to any other rights and may pursue legal remedies.

6. Copyright:
All title and intellectual property rights in the Software Product, the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Software Product are owned by the copyright owner, the YiWaiWai Team.

II. Free and Limited Warranty

YiWaiWai does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be affected by network/telecom issues, device or system conditions, malware/attacks, your location, device power-off, and other technical factors, which may cause interruptions or failure to meet your requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YiWaiWai is not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software.

3. User Guidelines (Compliance)

Please note: you must comply with applicable laws and policies when using the internet. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from unlawful or improper use.

• You must not distribute sensitive information or any content that violates applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not use YiWaiWai for illegal activities (such as fake transactions, scams, or unauthorised promotions). If detected, we may suspend your account immediately and cooperate with relevant authorities as required by law.
• No fake transactions or fraud:You must not distribute sensitive information or any content that violates applicable laws and regulations.

4. Rights Statement & Service Changes

We may update this Agreement and our fees when necessary. Any changes will be announced on the official website.

We take IP protection seriously. If you believe third-party content found via YiWaiWai search infringes your rights, please submit a takedown notice and we will act in accordance with applicable laws (e.g., remove or restrict access).

5. Governing Law & Updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (PRC).

We may update these terms and pricing when necessary. Any changes will be announced on our official website.

6. VIP Service & Refunds

VIP membership is a digital service (virtual product). The fee is the listed price for the membership you purchase. VIP subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.(Except where a material defect in the VIP service prevents you from using YiWaiWai.)
